What You’ll Do
You’ll deliver essential cardiopulmonary care under physician direction, using your clinical expertise, critical thinking, and compassion to support patients in both routine and life-saving situations.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Providing respiratory therapies such as oxygen delivery, aerosol treatments, humidity therapy, and invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation

Monitoring patient responses and collaborating with the care team to adjust treatment plans

Performing diagnostic procedures including arterial blood gases and EKGs
-
Responding to emergency situations, including Code Blue and Rapid Response calls
-
Ensuring safe operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment in compliance with infection control and safety standards

Supporting patient and family education, including discharge planning and home respiratory care
What You Bring
Education
-
Associate’s degree in Respiratory Care required
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
-
Open to all experience levels
-
One or more years of clinical experience preferred
Licensure and Certifications
-
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required
-
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
-
Current CPR certification required

Compensation
Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
