Summary:
This position provides supply chain systems expertise and support of quality data gathering, system setup tables, master file maintenance, troubleshooting, system support, problem resolution, support data interfaces to external support systems, system security, and end-user training of the network Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Evaluate, recommend, plan and lead software implementation and upgrade of systems-related work process improvements in conjunction with IT. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of supply chain systems technology and uses. Administers the implementation and support of electronic data connections with business trading partners by using EDI capabilities and e-Commerce initiatives. Monitor vendor price compliance for all GPO and local contracts. Ensure price parity for all Baystate network locations. Perform to all data standards when maintaining the network Supply Chain ERP software.
Job Requirements:
• Leads supply chain system implementation for newly acquired facilities.
• Perform required database maintenance in the core ERP software system to support automation of transactions while following established network data standards.
• Evaluate and support existing interfaces and reporting needs.
• Provides documentation and end-user training on the use of supply chain software and tools.
• Evaluates the use of systems, identifies technology improvement opportunities, plans, and implements systems-related work process improvement initiatives.
• Creates end-user training documentation
• Provides support to integrated facilities on supply chain systems and processes.
• Collaborates with team members, end-users, and other stakeholders in the testing of new / upgraded software programs and applications.
• Supports colleagues with resolving application and software system issues
• Provides troubleshooting and problem resolution to users.
• Implements and communicates database documentation, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Implements full EDI electronic data transaction sets where applicable across the network for smooth touchless transaction flows.
• Maintain/processes systems security requests for all Supply Chain colleagues.
• Perform contract price compliance for all GPO and local contracts.
• Ensure price parity for all network locations
• Serves as a key member of the data integrity team, responsible for the quality of all Supply Chain ERP data and modules.
• Coordinates, plans, and participates in activities related to the integration of supply chain software programs and applications.
Skills/Competencies
• Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence (Webi) reporting and analysis tool
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and MS Add-ins.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment for a matrixed organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to listen and relate with the customer
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Knowledge of sequel server
Education:
• Bachelors degree- Required
• Master’s degree (MBA) – preferred
Required Experience:
6+ years of:
Experience ERP experience preferred, i.e., Lawson/INFOR and/or Workday
Experience Supply chain management and business process reengineering practices
Process redesign and improvement

Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
