RN, Maternal Fetal Medicine Practice       

SIGN ON BONUS for RN with 1 year outpatient practice experience.

Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Medical Practices is looking for an experienced Women's Health team!  

  • Provides independent quality triage and patient care utilizing strong assessment skills, point of care testing and quality assurance checks.

  • Provide clinical support patients seen by perinatologists

  • Establishes plan of care, sets priorities and implements the plan of care with patient/family and team/provider input.

  • Develops patient trust and engages the patient/ family in care and treatment. Understands social and cultural differences that might impede patient care

  • Perform daily scheduled patient nurse visits;

  •  Monitor/work all clinical portal messages

  • May assists in visits and procedures for patients seeking abortion services or services for pregnancy loss such as collecting supplies, printing consents, organizing instruments, medications, and/or assisting during insertion of cervical dilators for surgical abortion procedures

Required Work Experience: 

  • Massachusetts license as an RN and BLS CPR certified.

  • Minimum of 2 -3 years of nursing experience, women's health nursing experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple tasks/priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule & Location

  • Location – 759 Chestnut Street

  • 32 hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8:15-4:45

  • Sign On Bonus Eligible
