Respiratory Therapist – Full-Time Nights (7p–7:30a)

Location: Baystate Health – Springfield, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Bonus: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus – Night Shift Only*

Baystate Health is hiring Licensed Respiratory Therapists to join our dedicated inpatient care team at our Level I Trauma Center. Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced clinician, this is your opportunity to make a real impact across Adult, Pediatric, and Neonatal populations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

What You'll Do

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating disorders that affect breathing and cardiopulmonary function.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Airway and ventilator management in Adult, Pediatric, and NICU populations

  • Participation on our Neonatal Transport Team

  • Rapid response support during Trauma Alerts, Code Blues, and emergency calls

  • Performing diagnostic cardiopulmonary evaluations and therapeutic procedures

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy – Required

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist in Massachusetts – Required

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Preferred

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association – Required
