What can you expect?
The Nurse Residency program runs in tandem with your RN position here at Baystate Wing Hospital with the Medical-Surgical, Telemetry team. This inpatient acute care unit is the largest unit in the hospital and has the capability to care for a broad spectrum of patient acuity.
You will be hired as a Registered Nurse, offered a competitive nursing rate and after orientation, will assume responsibility for the patient's plan of care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
MA Registered Nurse License
American Heart Association BLS CPR (can be obtained after offer)
