Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Wing Hospital (BWH), a 74-bed community hospital. BWH offers 24-hour emergency care and a broad range of inpatient, outpatient and behavioral health services located in Palmer, MA and is looking for an Operations Associate in our Emergency Department to join our Team!

Department Description:

Provides indirect care in the department setting. Meets communication needs of the department. Transcribes physician orders from records. Prepares and compiles records in the department.

​Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • CPR – Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association required

  • Clerical/Administrative experience in ambulatory healthcare setting preferred

  • Proficient computer skills
