Our BMC Inpatient Operating Rooms offer support and comes fully equipped to help you do what YOU do best, provide care for our patients!
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:
- This unit has a highly experienced team that supports 24 new state of the art inpatient/outpatient operating rooms and 8 heart and vascular and neurology interventional procedure rooms, performing surgical procedures to restore and enhance the lives of patients.
- This unit operates 24/7 with coverage and support expectations of weekends and off-shift rotations at least quarterly.

SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time, 32-hours per week
- On-call, holiday, and weekend rotations required
- Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed as an LPN in the state of Massachusetts
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience; surgical experience strongly preferred

Our compensation philosophy
We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees. The base pay range shown above considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including knowledge/skills; relevant experience and training; education/certifications/licensure; and other business and organizational factors. This base pay range does not include our comprehensive benefits package and any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role.
