Summary:

Seeking a Video Content Specialist with a strong combination of creative, marketing and technical skills that apply to Workday, Healthcare or Human Resource systems. Responsible for creating and branding how-to content and demonstrating a process through video. The Content Specialist will work closely with the subject matter experts to script all video’s and will plan, edit and distribute video’s via YouTube for internal audiences. They also work in post-production and ensure the video’s meet Baystate brand standards/guidelines before being published.

Perform all job assignments as directed by designated department and agreed upon by immediate supervisor and the intern at the start of their employment. Attend all required orientation and training workshops and required developmental related activities. Fulfill any and all other requirements as directed by management. Adhere to system and department compliance policies, and any and all applicable laws and regulations.  This description covers the essential functions of the position.  He/She is expected to perform other similar and related duties as assigned.  Management has the right to change or add to the job responsibilities at any time.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Learning

Incumbent is responsible for gaining a basic understanding of assigned system and applications.

He or she is expected to learn skills and competencies per department requirements for position. 

2) Staff support

Incumbents will be expected to assist in supporting client base of the department under the direction of department leadership. He/she works collaboratively with their team and other inter-divisional teams to ensure projects are successively supported and delivered. 

3) Administration

He or she is expected to learn the fundamentals and participate in the full scope of department life cycle.

He or she will meet regularly with the Manager/team lead to update on progress of assigned projects and training as well as to facilitate learning.

Incumbent will keep senior team members advised of major hurdles as well as be expected to seek out advice in completing assigned tasks.

Pursuing degree in Communications/Media
