Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’s premier healthcare provider, and home to Baystate Wing Hospital (BWH), a 74-bed community hospital. BWH offers 24-hour emergency care and a broad range of inpatient, outpatient and behavioral health services located in Palmer, MA and is looking for an Part-time, Audiologist to join our Team!
Provides comprehensive age appropriate evaluative, rehabilitative, preventative and referral services for the hearing impaired on an inpatient, outpatient, homecare and contract basis. Instructs patients, families and other support personnel in rehabilitative/habilitative measures, monitors patients' progress and maintains clinical records. Observe all health and safety requirements. This description covers the essential functions of the position. Incumbent is expected to perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
Member of a Multi-disciplinary dedicated team
PPE and Safety
Part-time, 16 Hours per Week
Day Shift; every Friday and one day during the week
Position at Baystate Wing Hospital, Palmer, MA
Master's Degree, Audiology/Communication Disorders
Certification of Clinical Competence from American Speech-Language and Hearing Association
CPR – Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association required
Previous clinical experience
