Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence is looking for an ACLS/PALS Instructor to join our team.
Under the general direction of the American Heart Association, in collaboration with the AHA coordinator and the director of patient care services, the ACLS/PALS instructor shall teach the approved AHA ACLS/PALS Advanced cardiac life support course, adhering to the most current ACLS/PALS guidelines.
Coordinates and participates in the development, delivery and evaluation of ACLS/PALS materials and courses. As leaders in practice and partners in education, our ACLS/PALS program is committed to excellence in practice to improve the quality of patient care and to create an environment that is supportive, constructive and conducive to learning with collaboration with clinical managers and leaders.
QUALIFICATIONS:

The ACLS/PALS instructor has current ACLS/PALS instructor status through the AHA.

Three or more years of critical care nursing or paramedic experience
